Born in Lubbock and raised in Godley, TX, Abby Chavez is the ultimate utility player behind the scenes at Trinity. Since joining in 2018, she’s been managing a bit of everything—from operations and HR to compliance, finance, and day-to-day office needs. Whether she’s onboarding new hires, coordinating benefits, or helping leadership with big-picture planning, Abby keeps the engine running so the rest of the team can focus on what they do best.

A UT Arlington alum with a BBA in Management and a real estate license, Abby brings both expertise and heart to her role. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her son, being outdoors, watching sports, bingeing true crime documentaries, enjoying live music, and checking out local wineries.
