Andrew Dickerson is a native of Overland Park, Kansas, and is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma where he pursued a degree in Entrepreneurship & Venture Management. With a track record of over $75 million in transactions over the past 3 years, Andrew specializes in new construction single-tenant net lease and corporate sale-leasebacks.

Andrew’s inspiration comes from his team and clients who keep him relevant and motivated. His philosophy is that he will always value relationships over transactions; don’t ask clients what they can do for you, instead give them all you can give.

In his spare time, Andrew is an assistant coach for Baylor University Men’s Lacrosse Club. He also enjoys watching OU football, riding dirt bikes, and spending time with his dog, Lola.
