Brad Motley is a founding member of Trinity Real Estate Investment Services and currently serves as a Partner, responsible for providing advisory and brokerage services to assist developers and institutional clients in the acquisition and disposition of net lease assets nationwide. As a Partner, Brad also plays a critical role in the growth of the company.

Prior to joining Trinity, Brad was Senior Director for KW Net Lease Advisors, where he had worked since 2012 focusing on net lease brokerage. In 2014, Brad was appointed as Chief Operating Officer for KW Net Lease Advisors responsible for all day-to-day activities of the brokerage business. Brad has also served on panels of industry specialists for REDNews and Globe Street.

Brad graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. Upon graduation, he formed Motley Investment Group, a small commercial real estate investment group that focused on the rehab of historical retail and office properties in North Texas. The company completed its last project in 2016. Brad is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association of Realtors. He lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and three daughters.
