Branson Blackburn is a founding member of Trinity Real Estate Investment Services and serves as a Partner, responsible for advisory, consulting, and transactional services for net lease assets nationwide. He is charged with ensuring that the strategic direction of the firm is executed by driven dealmakers and leaders at the helm of the company, remaining at the forefront of industry trends.

Prior to launching Trinity, Branson was a Senior Director at KW Net Lease Advisors where he was a top producer and developed a comprehensive understanding of the net lease market. In his career, Branson has closed more than 900 net lease deals and over $1.5B in volume, forming relationships with large-scale developers, institutions, and private clients, who continue to contribute to the success and growth of Trinity.

Branson graduated from Abilene Christian University with a B.B.A. in Marketing. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and CCIM communities. Branson enjoys spending time traveling around the world with his wife Kate and networking with fellow brokers.
