Cale Powers was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He pursued higher education at the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a degree in Finance and Economics. As a licensed real estate professional and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Cale has made significant strides in his career. His most notable achievement is closing the largest square footage deal at Trinity, involving a 275,000-square-foot shopping mall in Pennsylvania.

What sets Cale apart is his adventurous spirit and his willingness to step out of his comfort zone. His unique strength lies in his exceptional problem-solving abilities and profound market knowledge, which enable him to accurately and efficiently value deals in his sector.

Cale is continually inspired by his peers to push his limits and strive to become the best version of himself.
