Chance Hales is a founding member of Trinity Real Estate Investment Services and currently serves as a Partner, leveraging his experience and focus to provide clients with the brokerage services necessary to ensure consistent execution of their acquisition and disposition of net lease assets across the country. As a Partner, Chance also provides insight and support in the development and growth of the company.

Before joining Trinity, Chance was at a national brokerage firm for 7 years. During this time Chance focused on developing an in-depth understanding of the net lease market that has allowed him to create a strong reputation in the industry, having closed over $120MM in volume since the beginning of his career. Chance’s experience provides Trinity with a unique insight that will continue to be valuable as Trinity grows.

Chance graduated with a B.B.A. in Marketing from Abilene Christian University and holds an MBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. In his free time, Chance enjoys traveling the country and spending time with his family.
