Drew Duncan was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and raised in El Paso, Texas. He attended Texas Christian University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate. His journey in the workforce began at a frozen yogurt shop, where he quickly moved up to a management position by consistently exceeding expectations. Since entering the brokerage field, Drew has achieved an impressive average annual volume growth rate of 184% and has been actively involved in the NNN QSR (Triple Net Quick Service Restaurant) sector since 2018.

In real estate, Drew lives by the mantra “figure it out,” always striving to alleviate his clients’ burdens by addressing and solving any issues that may arise. In 2021, he founded the QSR team at Trinity and has since grown it to three agents, each of whom shares his dedication and values pertaining to the industry.

In his spare time, Drew enjoys working out and participating in outdoor activities such as paddleboarding and hiking.
