Originally from The Woodlands, Texas, Eric Kelley graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Financial Risk Management and a minor in Accounting. Eric is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a member of the Trinity REIS Net Lease T5 Advisors team.

His career began with door-to-door sales in manufactured housing parks, where he developed a deep appreciation for hard work and persistence. Inspired by his father, who taught him the value of dedication and perseverance, Eric brings a strong work ethic to his professional life. His real estate philosophy centers on prioritizing clients and diligently working to find the best solutions for their needs.

In his free time, Eric enjoys skiing, golfing, riding motorcycles, hiking, and traveling with his wife Sarah.
