Originally from Greenwood Village, Colorado, Gleb Sonkin is a graduate of the University of Colorado Denver with a degree in Business Management. He brings a client-focused approach to real estate, prioritizing trust, authentic relationships, and tailored solutions that maximize investment objectives.

Gleb’s experience includes successfully navigating a complex shopping center acquisition during the COVID-19 pandemic, where he negotiated favorable terms that secured a replacement property for a buyer’s 1031 exchange. Outside of work, he is an active member of the Texas Wildlife Association’s Adult Learn to Hunt Program and aspires to mentor others in responsible wildlife conservation.

In his free time, Gleb competes in rodeos across Texas in the saddle bronc event and enjoys hunting, fishing, reading, and following Formula 1. He draws inspiration from his father’s example of unconditional love and lives by Proverbs 16:3: “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”
