Originally from Denton, Texas, Sarah Auer earned her BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. A 2023 CREW Scholar and active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), she brings consistency, commitment, and a strong understanding of the market to her role at Trinity. Sarah specializes in the c-store sector within the net lease space.

Sarah is focused on building long-term relationships rooted in trust and transparency. Clients value her thoughtful communication, market insight, and steady support throughout the deal process.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with friends, embroidery, weightlifting, reading, yoga, and writing letters. She draws inspiration from the mentors in her life who push her to grow and lead with integrity.
