Originally from Winter Park, Florida, Sarah Kramer earned her B.A. in Communication Studies from Rollins College. She began her career in healthcare marketing and public relations, gaining deep experience in revenue cycle management and strategic communications. Today, she brings that expertise to commercial real estate, with a growing focus on medical tenants and investment strategy. Sarah specializes in the healthcare/urgent care sector within the net lease space.

At Trinity, Sarah takes a client-first approach, grounded in clear communication, long-term relationships, and a drive for excellence.

Outside of real estate, she continues to consult in healthcare PR and enjoys content creation, interior design, staying active, and exploring Dallas with her dog.
