Born and raised along Colorado’s scenic Front Range, Tara brings a unique blend of creativity, business acumen, and deep real estate knowledge to her role at Trinity REIS. She began her journey early, graduating from Colorado Early Colleges with most of her associate degree credits before 18, purchasing her first property at 20, and launching a vegan, gluten-free dessert catering business by age 22.

Tara spent several years in mortgage lending before transitioning to residential investing, completing 15 renovation projects and flipping eight custom travel trailers, two of which were featured at the People’s Tiny House Festival. Now specializing in the QSR coffee sector within the net lease space, she combines a strong design sense, financial strategy, and deep market understanding to help clients identify opportunities that align with their goals.

Passionate about sustainability, community, and ownership as a path to empowerment, Tara brings authenticity, vision, and a client-first approach to every deal.

Outside of work, her greatest joy is time spent with her two daughters. Together, they enjoy rock climbing, camping, and exploring scenic trails throughout national parks.
