At Trinity, Trevor leads the investment advisory efforts for multi-tenant small bay flex industrial business parks in DFW. He specializes in the entire life cycle of these properties, from site selection and development to disposition of fully stabilized portfolios.
Trevor Short was born in Dallas and raised in the Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona area. He attended Texas Christian University, where he graduated with a degree in Finance and Real Estate, minored in Spanish, and earned a certificate in consultative selling.
Trevor is affiliated with the Young Leaders Council of Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council and volunteers for the college and high school ministries at Christ Chapel Bible Church. Trevor is also involved in the Advisory Board of the Center for Real Estate at TCU. He has been recognized for his leadership in the growth of the TCU Real Estate Club and for developing a successful mentorship program.
Trevor is known for his intentionality and generosity, inspired by his father’s example of sacrificial love. His philosophy in real estate is to always serve others and look out for their best interests.
Trevor also enjoys traveling and boating with his wife and playing basketball in his spare time.
