Zach Currey, a native of Denton, Texas, earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. One of his most notable achievements was completing a financial modeling project for a $3 billion industrial portfolio acquisition.
With over $4 billion in underwriting and deal experience across diverse property types—including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, farm, marina, land, student housing, and self-storage—Zach brings a wealth of expertise and a broad skill set to the real estate industry.
In his free time, Zach enjoys hunting, skiing, and watching football and baseball.
